Our Rental Procedures

As soon as vacancies become available, we will contact you.  Paperwork will be emailed to you and is easy to complete.

Once we have this, your account will be set up  and you will be charged for current month rent ( this will be pro-rated ) and the Security Deposit Required.  You will be called to Pick Up your Gate Cards, Remotes, Keys, etc.  We accept Visa, M/C, & Discover,  E Check is also available.  Rent is charged on the 1st of the month automatically. 

Please note that a Certificate of Insurance is required.  Antelope Industrial Park, LLC. must  be named as Additional Insured on the Certificate.  Truck Parking also requires the Vehicle and Trailer VIN#’s be listed at bottom of Certificate.  Trailers that are interchanged must have Insurance coverage shown for that on the Certificate.

TENANT RULES are stated on the last page of your Rental Agreement.  Our goal is to maintain a location and atmosphere that is productive and amicable to all.



We offer Individual Semi Truck and Trailer Parking.  We do not offer RV Parking.  Each Space is Assigned. Terms are Month to Month. A Security Deposit equal to one months rent is also required.  Tenant may only park the Truck and Trailer that are listed on the Rental Contract, Trailers may be interchanged with appropriate Insurance Coverage.  Insurance must be provided.

Our Shop Spaces are from 1200, 1500, 1800, 2200, 2400 Sq Ft.  with parking in front.

Our Fenced Yard Spaces are from 1800 to 10,000 Sq Ft. and some include Box Car Storage Units.
